These Terms set out the conditions of use of the Chrome extension “Mimon” (the “Service”). By installing or using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. The Service

The Service provides, free of charge, a personal pet-raising feature that grows according to browser operations, and an album that keeps its grown looks on the device. Connection with Google Calendar and weather notifications are optional features that users can enable or disable themselves.

3. Handling of data

The data that the Service stores and uses is governed by the Privacy Policy.

4. Prohibited acts

• Acts beyond what copyright law permits, such as decompiling, modifying or redistributing the Service
• Exploiting vulnerabilities of the Service
• Use for purposes that violate laws or public order and morals

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”, and no guarantee is made regarding the completeness or continuity of its operation or its fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the Service.

The developer may change the content of the Service, or end its provision, without prior notice to users.
